The Arizona Chiropractic Board has taken custody of a portion of the patient records of Roy A. Ottinger, D.C.  If you were a patient of Dr. Ottinger and wish to obtain your records, please contact the Board at (602) 864-5088. All unclaimed records will be destroyed after July 1, 2014.
